• Allaire chauffeurs are all employees of the company.
• Allaire’s insurance carrier must approve all new chauffeurs.
• A background check is obtained before hiring.
• All of our drivers are required to obtain a commercial driver’s license, minimum of a Class C, with a passenger endorsement.
• Allaire drivers are also given the New Jersey Defensive Driving Course bi- annually. Allaire Limousines has entered into the National Limousine Association Chauffeur Certification Program, which sets safety and professional standards including the National Safety Council Defensive Driving course.
• Each chauffeur must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to their employment here as well as randomly during their employment.
• All new chauffeurs must attend training sessions and are required to view educational videos on defensive driving techniques, routes, and customer service.
• Allaire chauffeurs are required to wear black suits, white shirts, and black ties.
• All chauffeurs are equipped with multiple options of communication to assure quick responses to transportation changes as they occur.
• Our full-time Chauffeur Manager trains all new chauffeurs personally and addresses the day to day concerns and questions of each and every chauffeur.
