Allaire Transportation is based in Farmingdale, New Jersey and provides chauffeured ground transportation services throughout New Jersey, New York, New York City, Pennsylvania and throughout the entire globe. How Long Has Allaire Transportation Been Operating? Michael J. Renehan founded Allaire Limousines in 1976, with one vehicle and the willingness to provide a first class ground transportation service. What Types Of Vehicles Does Allaire Operate? We offer a variety of vehicles that are ideal for our clients. Our extensive fleet includes spacious “L” Series Lincoln Town Cars that have seating for 3 passengers. Also offered is a fleet of SUVs which includes: Excursions, Suburbans, or Tahoes. For group transportation we offer Passenger Vans, Stretch Limousines, Mini Buses, Luxury Limo Coaches, and Motor Coaches. Allaire also operates several Green Vehicles. When Should I Make A Reservation? You should make your reservation as early as possible. For Town Cars, we suggest that you make your reservation at least a day in advance, but we also accommodate short notice service within the hour. For reservation less than 24 hours, please call 1.800.255.2473 or 1.732.938.4700 to speak directly with an Allaire Customer Service Representative. What Hours Is Allaire Open? Allaire Transportation is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to accommodate all your ground transportation needs. What Makes Allaire Different Than a Shuttle Service or Taxi Service? Allaire only operates private vehicles. You will never have to share your ride with other customers. Your vehicle will be operated by a professional chauffeur that has been trained to meet your service needs and will be dressed in a suit and tie. Our vehicles are newer, cleaner and kept up to date at our on site vehicle facility center. How Do I Go About Tipping The Chauffeur? Allaire Transportation applies a standard 20% gratuity to the flat rate for all service paid by a major credit card. No other tip is required. If you are paying your service by cash, we suggest that you tip the chauffeur 20%. Will My Chauffeur Wait If My Flight Is Delayed? Yes, they will as Allaire does everything possible to monitor flight information. In some cases, bad weather may interrupt the airport flight information we get through various sources and flight tracking technologies. This may lead to Allaire not receiving accurate arrival times, but rest assured that Allaire is dedicated to making your airport transfer go as smooth as possible.
